· PROPERTY TAXES

Are mailed in October and have two discount periods in which to pay with the net amount being due April 30th. Tax bills are mailed to the homeowner and it is the homeowner's responsibility to forward it on to an escrow account.
Edgewood residences can now check their Property Tax on line.

· HOMESTEAD EXEMPTION

If you are a homeowner residing in the home and are 65 years of age or on disability income, you may be eligible to receive the Homestead Exemption on your property tax bill. Contact the Property Valuation Administrator's office at 859-392-1750 to apply. You do not need to apply for this exemption with the City of Edgewood; if approved by the PVA office, you will automatically receive the deduction on your city tax bill.
